verzending
Momenteel verzenden we naar België, Nederland, Luxemburg, Duitsland en Frankrijk.
Wil je verzending naar een ander land? Contacteer ons zodat we kunnen kijken wat mogelijk is.
De verzendingskosten variëren van land tot land. Ze worden berekend bij het plaatsen van je bestelling.
We verwerken en verzenden je orders 2 keer per week van maandag tot vrijdag. Wil je een pakket heel snel ontvangen? Contacteer ons dan zodat we kunnen kijken wat mogelijk is.
Zorg er zeker voor dat je altijd het verzendingsadres goed nakijkt.
retourzendingen en terugbetalingen
De aangekochte goederen kunnen teruggestuurd of geruild worden binnen 14 kalenderdagen na levering.

We doen ons uiterste best om alles vlot te laten verlopen. Is er toch iets fout gelopen, dan doen we er alles aan om dit zo snel mogelijk in orde te brengen.

je wil ruilen voor een ander artikel
Stuur het artikel dat je wil ruilen naar ons terug. Gebruik hiervoor het retourformulier dat je in je pakje vindt.
Bestel en betaal het nieuwe artikel via onze website. We verzenden dit artikel onmiddellijk naar jou.
Vermeld het ordernr van de nieuwe bestelling op het retourformulier.
Zodra we het eerste artikel terug hebben ontvangen, sturen we je een bevestigingsmail.
Na controle storten we het aankoopbedrag van het eerste artikel aan je terug.
je wil retourneren (en niet ruilen)
We vinden het jammer dat het artikel niet aan je wensen voldoet.
Stuur het artikel naar ons terug. Gebruik hiervoor het retourformulier dat je in je pakje vindt.
Van zodra we het artikel terug hebben ontvangen, sturen we je een bevestigingsmail.
Na controle storten we het aankoopbedrag aan je terug.
algemene voorwaarden voor retourzendingen
De aangekochte goederen kunnen teruggestuurd of geruild worden binnen 14 dagen kalenderdagen na levering.
Aangekochte cadeaukaarten kunnen echter niet geretourneerd worden.
Enkel nieuwe, ongebruikte en onbeschadigde artikelen, inclusief alle labels en in de originele verpakking, komen in aanmerking voor terugbetaling.
Gebruikte artikelen kunnen niet geruild of geretourneerd worden.
Indien het teruggestuurde artikel op een of andere manier in waarde gedaald is, zijn we gerechtigd deze waardevermindering in rekening te brengen.
Wij hebben het recht om teruggestuurde goederen of een terugbetaling te weigeren indien ze niet conform onze voorwaarden werden teruggestuurd.
Zorg voor een juiste adressering en voldoende frankering. We raden je aan het pakket te verzekeren en te zorgen voor een trackingnr. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor retourzendingen die we niet ontvangen.
Zodra we uw pakket hebben ontvangen, sturen we je een bevestigingsmail. We zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling.

Send the article you want to exchange back to us. Please use the return form found in your parcel.
Order and pay for the new article via our website. We will immediately ship this article to you.
Please state the order number of the new order on the return form.
As soon as we have received the first item back, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
After verification, we will refund you the purchase price of the first item.

general conditions for returns
Purchased goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.
However, purchased gift cards cannot be returned.
Only new, unused and undamaged items, including all labels and in their original packaging, are eligible for a refund.
Used items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the returned item has depreciated in any way, we are entitled to charge this depreciation.
We have the right to refuse returned goods or a refund if they were not returned in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Please ensure correct addressing and sufficient postage. We recommend that you insure the package and provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive.
Once we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will ensure correct handling.
